Designed and built in the United States, the Helios TCS system is constructed to thrive in the most challenging environments. Fabrication precision and component quality are keys to building an ultra-reliable system.
LET'S START NOW !
The Helios Skid is comprised of the Controls Enclosure, Pump, Micro-processor based Application Controller with associated piping and actuated and manual isolation valves. For maximum flexibility and ease of installation, the skid can be located anywhere in the mechanical room. The Helios skid includes a four-color touchscreen HMI on the front of the controls enclosure, and the skid should be positioned to allow for easy access to the screen. The Helios skid frame elevates and fully supports the injection / collection pump, and the frame is equipped with mounting feet complete with anchor bolt holes. A concrete housekeeping pad is not required.
Typical installations, such as central chilled water plants in hospitals or universities, require less than 20 man-hours and 8 hours of process shutdown.
The system continually keeps chiller tubes clean so there is no requirement for lengthy manual tube cleaning and no disruption to chiller operation.
Because the Helios TCS proactively keeps tubes clean, both chiller capacity and reliability are improved substantially.
Data shows the average annual cost savings in energy production can range between $40,000 and $65,000 depending on the size of the chiller.
Lifetime CO² emissions can be reduced by 6,000 to 10,000 tons by improving the efficiency of central chilled water plants and heat exchangers.
Design/build, hydraulic testing, and custom fabrication is available to adapt Helios installations within unique environments.
