Innovas is excited to have been selected by one of the world’s largest oil companies to develop a custom Helios Tube Cleaning System and prevent tube fouling in a crude oil shell and tube heat exchanger!
The challenging application has required custom design and development of highly specialized cleaning balls specifically designed for crude oil and operating temperatures as high as 600 F! Due to the presence of flammable vapors in the process area, the project also required the design and fabrication of a 316L stainless steel Helios Tube Cleaning System featuring explosion-proof electrical components.
