Description
The Base Helios Tube Cleaning System consists of an appropriately sized Helios Skid with pump and electrical controls enclosure, Collector, and Ball Trap. A single Helios Pump & Controls Skid will serve up to five (5) chillers. Each chiller requires it’s own Remote Collector and Ball Trap. The Helios Skid can be used to provide continuous tube cleaning for multiple chillers by purchasing additional Helios Expansion Kits for each additional chiller.

How to Select & Order:
Helios Tube Cleaning System® selection is based on Ball Trap size. Sizes are 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″, 16″, 18″, 20″ and 24″.
Notes:
- Prices are for standard systems only, in accordance with published product technical data sheets. Customized systems with alternative specifications or configurations can be provided on a price per application basis.
- Prices above are based on Ball Traps with standard ANSI Class 150 Flanged end connections. Consult factory for allowable discounts with grooved (Victaulic) or butt-welded end connections.
