From the outset, Innovas Technologies has been committed to delivering quality services and products. In fact, we consider our focus on quality to be a competitive advantage, and it is the key for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our customers.
After several months of preparation, coordination, and hard work, we are proud to have formalized our quality focus and earned our ISO9001 Quality Certificate.
The ISO 9001 Quality Standard defines the criteria for a quality management system, and is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, commitment from top-level company management, the quality process approach and continual improvement. Using the ISO 9001 Quality Standard helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
We are quite proud of our accomplishments, but we certainly could not have done it alone, and we had fantastic help and guidance along the way. The folks at the Iowa Quality Center were instrumental to the optimization and improvement of our quality management system, and we look forward to working with our new friends at Orion Registrar Inc. as we grow our team and continue our quest for continuous improvement.
